The farmhouse, built in the early 1800s, is surrounded by a private area of approx. 4000 mt. of land used as a garden, wood, parking area, olive grove, swimming pool and solarium.
A private access road is reserved for customers.
The farmhouse is located near the village of Uncinano, a small medieval village. Formerly a castle, the town has undergone various changes in subsequent eras, while maintaining its initial conformation. In the center of the town stands the church built by the Monsignor in the early 1900s. It can be visited upon request.
