Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), Casale del Monsignore di Anderlini Daniele - Località Uncinano 38 - 06049 Spoleto PG - VAT No. 03667520542 -, in its capacity as "Data Controller", hereby informs you that your personal data collected for the purpose of concluding the contract with the Client and/or within the scope of the execution and/or stipulation of the same will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation, in order to guarantee the rights, fundamental freedoms, and dignity of natural persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

Please be informed that should the activities provided to you involve the processing of third-party personal data under your ownership, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with the provisions of the law regarding the Data Subjects in order to make their processing by us legitimate.

Origin, purpose, legal basis, and nature of processed data

The processing of your personal data, provided directly by you, is carried out by Casale del Monsignore di Anderlini Daniele for the purposes of concluding the contract with the Client and/or within the scope of the execution and/or stipulation of the same. Furthermore, it is possible that personal data of third parties communicated by the Client to the Company may be processed. In such a case, the Client acts as an independent data controller and assumes the consequent legal obligations and responsibilities.

In compliance with current legislation and without the need for specific consent, the Data will be processed for the following purposes:

• a) fulfillment of contractual obligations, execution and/or stipulation of the contract with the Client and/or management of any pre-contractual measures;
• b) fulfillment of any regulatory obligations, tax and duty provisions deriving from the conduct of business activities, and obligations related to administrative-accounting activities.

The legal bases for the processing for the purposes indicated above are Articles 6.1.b) and 6.1.c) of the Regulation. Providing the Data is optional, but any failure to provide it would make it impossible for the Company to perform the requested services.

Communication

The data may be communicated to third parties appointed as data processors (banking institutions, insurance companies, necessary service providers, business consultants). The data may also be communicated to external companies entrusted with the execution of obligations arising from the assignment.

All employees and collaborators operating on the basis of the instructions received are appointed as "Persons in charge of processing". The Data Controller provides them with adequate operating instructions to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

Pursuant to Art. 33 of the GDPR, the Client is invited to report any circumstances that may lead to a potential personal data breach to the contact details provided. The Data will not be disseminated, except for the obligation to communicate the data to Public Authorities upon specific request.

Transfer abroad

The transfer of your personal data abroad may occur if it is necessary for the management of the assignment received, applying the regulatory tools provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR and guaranteeing equivalent levels of protection.

Methods, logic of processing, and retention times

Your data is collected and recorded lawfully and correctly in accordance with Art. 5 c. 1 of the GDPR. Processing is carried out using manual, computer, and electronic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes and in such a way as to guarantee security. Personal data will be processed by Casale del Monsignore di Anderlini Daniele for the entire duration of the assignment and also subsequently to fulfill legal obligations or protect its rights.

Rights of the Data Subject

As a Data Subject, you have the right to request confirmation of whether or not processing is in progress, access your personal data, and request its rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and to object to the processing (including profiling). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
